Quick Breakfast Recipe…

Normally when I’m not necessarily “Dieting”, I like to cycle my carbs so that they fall on Mondays and Thursdays. 2 Days/Week of higher carb levels keep me pounding out hard Workouts, and keep my energy levels just high enough where I can perform without feeling weighed down or bloated.

ALWAYS eat Steel Cut Oats because of the Lower Glycemic Index (GI = 42)
