My Top Biceps Burner…

Here is the current exercise that I use to completely BURN my biceps…

It involves some chains, and a set of “brass ones”.

They’re CHAIN CURLS.

Here’s how you do them.

I promise you that if you a Heavy Drop Set of these, or even a Rest-Pause Set, you will feel it in the morning.

Hit it HARD.
